In the dark of night, a shadowy figure was spotted making his way to where intern Jenny LaFey lay unconcious. Many had noticed her laziness and poor work ethic while at the office. “I’m going to kill her,” thought the mysterious figure as he neared closer.

But just then Detective Cheeseman lept from the shadows and stopped the mystery assailant! The two struggled before Detective Cheeseman pulled out his gun and shot a deadly bullet into his enemy’s skull, killing him for sure this time. He fell limp onto the cold ground, dead forever. But wait… who could it have been? Everyone knows it was lazy intern Jenny LaFey herself, tired of being so useless she decided to take mattersinto her own hands and rid the office of herself. “I guess I’ll just have to find some other intern,” said Detective Cheeseman.

Detective Cheeseman didn’t need any more interns, because he already had the one and only Intern Extraordinaire. Intern Extraordinaire can do anything you might need him to! He is smart, kind, thoughtful, loving, sharing… did we mention smart?

“Please don’t leave me,” begged Jenny LaFey as she laid her head on Detective Cheeseman’s shoulder. But Detective Cheeseman was having none of it; he knew she was trouble- even if police reports never showed anything- deep down inside he knew that Intern Extraordinaire was the one for him.

It was Intern Extraordinaire who got all of Detective Cheeseman’s cases right, it was Intern Extraordinaire that did all the leg-work for him, it was Intern Extraordinaire without whom Detective Cheeseman wouldn’t be able to do his job at all!

Jenny LaFey cried herself to sleep that night until she too died from dehydration and hunger. She couldn’t get out of bed because she knew there would always be another day tomorrow, but what if there isn’t? What if she never woke up? What if… she had wasted her life!?

This story is about a detective who is in love with an intern named Intern Extraordinaire (IE). IE is allowed to do whatever he wants but Detective Cheeseman prefers it when IE helps him with his cases and does police work for him while Detective Cheeseman just sits at his desk or something. One night, Detective Cheeseman sees IE walk into Jenny LaFey’s office. The next day it is discovered that she has been killed by Jenny LaFey murdering herself after being motivated by IE to do so.

Detective Cheeseman then kills Intern Extraordinaire because he “got his case wrong”, it wasn’t really about love or any of that jazz. So I guess the intern thing isn’t just a way for lazy men to have sex but also a way for them to get rid of specific people in their lives they want dead?
